1.1 Can you give a brief introduction of Lux Lighting company?: Production Area: 5000 sq.m,2 floor. Workshop staff: 100, Office staff: 25 , R&D Dept. :16, Finance:3 ,Sales :10 ,Service:4. total: 158.
Business Scope: manufacturing and R & D of LED illumination products.
1.2 What products does Lux Lighting provide?: LED Spot Light, LED Bulb,LED Street Bulb,LED Flexiable Strip,LED Module,LED Tube Light,LED Panel Light, LED Ceiling Light,and LED Lighting Fixture.
1.3 Tell your advantages in brief !: We have a factory for LED encapsulation and purchase LED chips for processing,which ensures the quality of the products and makes them competitive in price.and we have exported our products to over 90 countries worldwide. Even more, we can offer first-rate service to customers.
1.4 Do you accept OEM?: Yes, this is our regular cooperation and business. We accept producing products under Clients' brands.
1.5 Do you accept third party inspection?: We accept the buyer's request of inspection by third parties, such as SGS, B.V., COTECNA, etc. but the total charges related shall be on buyer’s account or Shared.

2. Trade Terms:

2.1 How do you make a price offer and how long is its validity?

A price offer is based on customer's particular order, agreed payment terms, and actual cost. Usually, the offer is valid for 15 days.

2.2 How can we get samples from you ?

Samples are available. Normally we take 3-7 days to make a sample. If we have no business record with you before, we need to charge boot samples cost and post courier freight.

2.3 What if there is any quality or quantity discrepancy arises?

In case of quality discrepancy, claim should be filed by the Buyers within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination.
For quantity discrepancy, claim should be filed by the Buyers within 15 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination.
If there are discrepancy not specified in the contract, we should negotiate directly or resort to the arbitration or legal activities.

2.4 What payment terms do you accept?

--- We prefer confirmed 100% irrevocable letter of credit payable at sight;
--- Possibly T/T 30-50% of total amount as down payment before shipment and left balance before releasing documents;
....All by T/T before shipment, especially for the case that the total deal amount is small.
--- some other payments are also welcome if the amount is very small, such as Paypal, Western Union, etc.

2.5 Delivery and Transit Time:

If the indent is given and for one full container load, the proper time for shipment of regular types of westrooper products is usually 10-20 days after receipt of L/C or T/T down payment.

2.7 What is the minimum order quantity for you LED Lighting products?

Minimum order quantity depends on a particular product - usually 10pcs. In case of orders for a smaller quantity we charge additional fees.
At the meantime, we also have several warehouses, each kind of regular products has 10 sets in stock. if you need a small quantity like several pieces for a try, it is also available for us to deliver you.

2.8 What happens in the event of lost packages?

Although we offer Express and registered postings, we would suggest delivery by UPS or DHL In an effort to further your shopping experience with us, bbbled.com has decided to protect customers on any loss of packages sent to you via UPS or Registered Post. For registered postings, simply wait 3 months, so we can determine and confirm that the package has been lost, and we will reimburse you a full store credit up to the value of the product that you chose. For UPS deliveries, it may take 1 month to claim for reimbursements. We remain as always 100% dedicated to customer service.

2.9 What will happen if I give an incorrect shipping address?

Please confirm your address before ordering! Your product will probably not get to its destination in time for the important occasion if you supply an incorrect address when ordering. Make sure that your address includes apartment or suite numbers if applicable. and the most important thing is to give us your phone nubmer If a package is returned to us because of an address problem, we will reship the package to you or a corrected recipient address. You will be charged the additional shipping fees.

2.10 What should I do if the goods received are damaged?

All products are carefully wrapped with utmost care to ensure a safe delivery to its destination. In case of damage during shipment, please file your damage claims to the delivering carrier immediately, and notify us within 72 hours after your receipt of the damaged merchandise.

2.11 Can I cancel my order?

Customer satisfaction is important to all of us at Lux Light CO., LTD. We will ship your merchandise as quickly as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it for you. However, we shall not be able to process a cancellation once your order has been shipped.

3. Product Technology:

3.1 What LED type you use?

At present,the led spot light and led bulb,usually uses 1W high power LED;
The led flexible strip usually uses SMD 3528& 5050 LED,and only the SMD5050 led can do RGB Colorful changes.
The LED Tube usually used SMD3014 LED,and SMD3528 & SMD5050 are also used for led tube, 1W high power led & 5mm DIP led are rarely used for LED Tube.
LED Street Bulb and LED Ceiling Light usually uses 1W High Power LED ;
LED Panel Light usually uses SMD 5050 LED,and it 's use LGP for light Uniform scattering

3.2 Introduce the Products Working Voltage?

The LED Spot Light,LED Street Bulb,LED Tube and LED Ceiling Light,LED Panel Light, in the normal working voltage scope (rated voltage in ±20%), the Light Fixture may match with our bulb directly, then replace directly.
The LED Flexible's working voltage is DC 5V ,LED Module uses DC5V or DC12V.

3.3 Are there only two kinds of working voltages(110v and 220v)? And can we use other working voltages?

Some Products can work within the range in 85-265 VAC ,277V AC, DC 24V,If you need to specify the operating voltage,please contact us.

3.5 Why are LEDs of some colors more expensive than LEDs of other colors?

One reason is that different semiconductor materials are used for different color LEDs, and some semiconductor materials are more expensive than others; another reason is that manufacturing costs are different. White LEDs are the most expensive because red, green and blue LEDs are combined together to make a white LED.

3.6 We have seen so many advantages LEDs have over incandescent light and florescent bulbs, are there any disadvantages LEDs exhibit compared with incandescent or florescent bulbs?

Yes, the most significant disadvantage is the light output limitation of LEDs. Currently available LEDs emit limited amount of lights at a relatively small angle range, while incandescent and florescent light bulbs illuminate in all directions. The second significant disadvantage is the high prices of LEDs. The currently available LEDs in the market are 3 ~ 10 times more expensive than equivalent incandescent light bulbs. This is why some customers still hesitate to buy LED products even though LEDs have so many obvious advantages over incandescent bulbs and people actually can save money by using LED products in the long run.

3.7 What are the advantages of LEDs compared with conventional incandescent lights?

There are several obvious advantages LEDs have over traditional incandescent light bulbs, they are as follows:

· Ruggedness,
· Small size and weight,
· Fast switch times,
· Simple to use.

3.8 LED Tube T5,T8,T12 , What does it mean ?

Actually, T stands for the diameter of the LED tube, and each T represents one-eighth inch. So T8, the most familiar LED tube to us, is one inch(eight times one-eighth inch) in diameter. As we all know, one inch equals 25.4mm. Therefore, the diameter of T8 is 25.4mm. T12 means that the diameter of fluorescent tube is 12 / 8 inches. T5 obviously means that the diameter of LED tubes is 0.625 inches.

3.9 How Long Do LEDs Last?

LED’s are extremely reliable by the nature of their design and the way they are constructed. Individual LED’s have very high life expectancy with very low failure rates.

3.10 What do "cool white" and "warm white" mean, and what is CCT?

The Color Correlated Temperature (CCT) is given in the description of each of our white led bulbs. The color (CCT) of our white bulbs ranges from a warm yellow white (2700K) to a cool blue white (7000K).
By comparison, a typical incandescent bulb has a CCT of 2800K. A typical halogen is a bit higher, maybe 3500K. Daylight white is 4500K and a cool white fluorescent is 6000K or more.
The human eye adapts to background light so that even a daylight white bulb will look slightly blue in a room illuminated mainly with incandescent bulbs. Similarly, an incandescent bulb will look very yellow or even orange in midday sunlight.

3.11 Common use of LED parameters: Luminous Flux, Luminous intensity, Luminance,Illuminance, Color temperature,Light Effect,Color rendering

Luminous Flux
Luminous flux is a quantitative expression of the brilliance of a source of visible light, which is electromagnetic energy within the wavelength range of approximately 390 nanometer s (nm) to 770 nm. This quantity is measured in terms of the power emitted per unit solid angle from an isotropic radiator, a theoretical point source that radiates equally in all directions in three-dimensional space. The standard unit of luminous flux is the lumen (lm).

Luminous intensity
Luminous intensity is an expression of the amount of light power emanating from a point source within a solid angle of one steradian . the candela was defined and adopted as the standard unit of luminous intensity. One candela (1 cd) is the magnitude of an electromagnetic field ( EM-field ), in a specified direction, that has a power level equivalent to a visible-light field of 1/683 watt (1.46 x 10 -3 W) per steradian at 540 THz.

Luminance
Luminance is the luminous intensity, projected on a given area and direction. Luminance is an objectively measurable attribute. The unit is 'Candela per Square Meter' (cd/m2). So, different monitors can be adjusted to the same luminous intensity by measuring the luminance in cd/m2.

Illuminance
illuminance is the total luminous flux incident on a surface, per unit area. It is a measure of the intensity of the incident light, wavelength-weighted by the luminosity function to correlate with human brightness perception.

Light Effect
Light Effect is the rate of the electronic power turning into the light power, It is unit as “ lm/W ”.

Color temperature
Color temperature is a simplified way to characterize the spectral properties of a light source. While in reality the color of light is determined by how much each point on the spectral curve contributes to its output, the result can still be summarized on a linear scale. Standard unit for color temperature is Kelvin (K).

Color rendering
Color rendering: Effect of an illuminant on the color appearance of objects by conscious or subconscious comparison with their color appearance under a reference illuminant Standard unit for color temperature is Ra.

3.12 Energy efficiency of light sources, Typical Luminous Efficacy Range (Lm/W)

Energy efficiency of light sources is typically measured in lumens per watt (lm/W), meaning the amount of light produced for each watt of electricity consumed by the light source. This is known as luminous efficacy. The efficacy of LEDs exceeds traditional types of lamps. For a rough comparison, the range of luminous efficacies for traditional and LED sources, including ballast and driver losses as applicable, are shown as follows.
